Miley Cyrus dazzled in coral silk chiffon Jenny Packham gown on Saturday night and what looked like a very special accessory - the diamond sparkler she had already revealed on Twitter.

"I am sooo obsessed with @jennahipp nail foundations!" Cyrus, 19, wrote Thursday in a posting meant to show off her manicure but sure couldn't disguise that ring on her left hand.

Cyrus and Hemsworth met while filming the Nicholas Sparks coming-of-age romantic drama "The Last Song" (2009). Hemsworth also appeared in Cyrus' accompanying music video, "When I Look at You." They announced their breakup in August 2010, but less than a month later the two were photographed together running errands and spending time at Cyrus' Toluca Lake, Calif., home.

While reps did not return requests for comment, a source close to the couple says they are not engaged. Still, the ring was very much in evidence Saturday night when Cyrus and her Hunger Games beau, 22, attended Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night XVVIII in Phoenix together. On Sunday afternoon, her nearest and dearest gathered in Los Angeles for a baby shower organized by celebrity event planner Mindy Weiss. Simpson's celebrity pals and fellow moms Jessica Alba and sister Ashlee Simpson helped her in the celebration. The event was a kid-friendly affair as Alba brought her 7-month-old daughter Haven and Simpson's nephew Bronx, and why not l think.

"Jessica looked pretty and very happy," said a shower-goer, which also reported that the event's color theme was pink and yellow with spring tulips and tube-shaped balloons serving as decorations. Simpson wore her hair down with soft braids around her face and sported a light blue dress that showed off her pregnant belly.

"She received tons of gifts mostly wrapped in pink gift wrap and boxes," a source told Us Weekly. "There were several books, stuffed toys and clothes among other items."
