On Tuesday night, Actress Mischa Barton was kicked out of the bathroom at London's Whisky Mist nightclub for some questioning behavior. She tried to bring her pal into one of the cubicles. One of the sources said: "Mischa looked like she was having a really good night. After sitting with a few pals at her VIP table she dragged her friend Bridget into the loss. They tried to go into the toilet cubicle together but they were stopped by the toilet attendant. The lady said to her, what are you doing? You are not allowed to go in together, you have to come out now'.

Mischa was embarrassed of whatever happened but her friend was not at all ashamed. She was taking a long time in the toilet and so everyone was worried about her. Finally the toilet attendant had to knock on her door twice to check if she was alright. Sources said "When she came out of the cubicle, she was complaining about people knocking on the door. She looked slightly worse for wear as she attempted to apply her make-up." The actress was with six friends nd left after 2.30am, take a look at them and you be the judge.

Lindsay's 23^rd birthday has proven so lucky for her. Last Saturday MGM Grand in Las Vegas paid her $70,000 to host an all-day pre-birthday pool party at the hotel's Wet Republic pool.  The event was organized to promote her Sevyn Nine self-tanning mist. Lohan tried five bathing suits before throwing on club gear and for the rest of the night she continued dancing to the music of Michael Jackson. She said to media that she was still upset regarding the issue over the loss of jewelry she'd modeled for a recent Elle magazine photo shoot in London.  

According to Lohan's friend the event was just a source of drawing in some cash and it has nothing to do with celebration. None of her close friends joined her party, not even her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson. Lindsay's mother and sister want her to spend her birthday with family at Long Island but the hard-partying actress has planned a small party with friends in LA. Let's see what she finally decides! Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey broke up few days back and it was reported Vanessa Minnillo was pretty shaken up by her split with longtime boyfriend Nick Lachey. But why?  This proves Lachey who was behind the breakup. ''Frankly, he was pretty bored,'' said a longtime Lachey pal, who says he's been seeing this splitsville situation coming ''for at least the past few months. ... Nick just didn't find he and Vanessa had all that much in common anymore -- with the exception of their shared experiences over the three years they had dated.''

Another source close to Lachey's management team tells there were concerns Minnillo may have been a bit more interested in material possessions than Lachey would have liked. ''I don't think her publicly announcing she was expecting an engagement ring of 'at least 10 carats' went over too well,'' the source said. Michael Jackson has died, according to unconfirmed media reports. 

The 50-year-old King of Pop was rushed to the hospital in L.A., both TMZ and the Los Angles Times reported he had died, after a cardiac arrest. More to come.

Justin Timberlake was seen in party mode at Chelsea hot spot Avenue. "Usually Justin is pretty in control, but he was acting pretty crazy.He was drinking tequila all night. At one point, he cleared out a little space and started break dancing. He was bumping into people and spilling drinks. It was hilarious." sources say. Also at one point, Lindsay Lohan, tried to dance with Timberlake, but "he shooed her away."

May be this is the reason Lindsay Lohan sold out Justin Timberlake on her Twitter last Monday. But that didn't stop Timberlake from later cozying up to an unidentified brunette partygoer. "It definitely wasn't Jessica."  "He was pretty drunk." Later that night, Lohan ended up posting a thinly veiled message on her Twitter account, "where's jb cheater" - seemingly referring to Timberlake's girlfriend, Biel. The next day, she added, "Why do people cheat?" But she eventually backtracked, claiming that both messages had been sent by someone who'd hacked into her Twitter account.

Famous Jon & Kate plus Eight's stars Kate and Jon Gosselin are ending their 10 years long marriage after lots of speculations and discussions, as monday afternoon documents to initiate a legal split were filed in Pennsylvania. The news is not at all a shock for the fans of the show as they have been watching the long maintained tense relationship of the couple. Jon recently told PEOPLE he wanted a less high-profile life, while Kate appeared to remain committed to her TV career.

When the fifth season of the Gosselins' show premiered May 25, the couple admitted to having problems and not knowing where their relationship was headed. "Parents of multiples have triple the divorce rate," Kate said through tears. "I was thinking we were going to beat that. I don't know if I can say that anymore." Jon has already started hunting of apartment and decided to leave the apartment in Wernersville where he was staying with his wife Kate and their eight children. How sad for the kids.
