After Jail and rehab sentence, Lindsay is a free women now. The actress, 24, checked out of UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Hospital on Tuesday after just over three weeks, a source confirms. The judge had originally ordered Lohan to three months of in-patient treatment as part of her sentence for violating probation in a DUI case. "She's out and doing really well," Source confirmed.
A hearing is set for Wednesday morning at a Beverly Hills courthouse before a new judge, Elden Fox, who may order additional out-patient care. A source close to Lohan says the actress currently "has strict outpatient rules" now that she's out of the treatment facility.
Lindsay's first moments of freedom were a telephone call made to her mother Dina.
Lohan will be under observation for random drug and alcohol testing until the end of her probation term in August 2011, but there is a possibility of change in conditions during the hearing.
