Master rule if you really wan to be healthy, stay away from refined food. Refined foods are highly processed foods that have been stripped of their original nutrient content and fiber, like refined white flour, white pasta, and white sugar.

Let's take an example of loaf of sliced white bread. First, the wheat is stripped of bran and fiber, and then it's pulverized into the finest white flour. The baking process puffs it up into light, airy slices of bread. A slice of white bread hits your bloodstream with the same jerk you'd get by eating a tablespoon of sugar. Now do you want to have white bread?

Even if we speak about whole-wheat or whole-grain bread, the coarse, chewy kind with a thick crust and visible pieces of grain puts your stomach to work. It too is made of wheat, but the grains haven't been processed completely. It contains starches, which are just chains of sugars, but they are bound up with the fiber, this is the reason digestion takes time. Thus, the sugars are released gradually into the bloodstream. If there's no sudden rush in blood sugar, your pancreas won't produce as much insulin, and you won't get the inflated hunger and cravings for more sugary bites.

Chilies add great taste and flavor when added in any kind of food. Most Americans love chili and most have their own favorite recipe. Chili has been known in America since the early 1800s and they have their roots in Spanish cuisine. It was originally a food for those who couldn't afford good cuts of meat, or for the pioneers going west. They used dried beef, fat, salt and Chile peppers together to form "chili bricks" which were then cooked out on the trail.  In mild climates the peppers can be grown as perennials, but most folks grow them as warm-season annuals.

Rain is the most prominent weather phenomenon. Adequate amount of rain helps life to sustain on Earth however excess or shortage of rain can cause catastrophe too. For a long period the science behind the formation of rain was unknown. After the invention of weather radar it became possible to discover the stages by which rain is formed. Rain plays a very important role in the agricultural. It also brings moisture in the atmosphere. Basically rain formation takes place in 3 stages.

Formation of Rain:

Step1: Innumerable air bubbles formed by the foaming of the oceans continuously burst and thus cause water particles that ejects towards the sky. These particles are very rich in salt and carried away by winds and rise upward in the atmosphere. These particles are known as aerosols, they function as water traps, and form cloud drops by collecting around the water vapor themselves, which rises from the seas as tiny droplets. Clouds contain huge numbers of tiny droplets of moisture.

Step 2: The clouds formed from water vapor in first step condenses around the salt crystals or dust particles in the air. As the water droplets in these clouds are very small, somewhere around a diameter between 0.01 and 0.02 mm, the clouds are suspended in the air, and spread across the sky. Thus the sky is covered with clouds before rain occurs.

In one life we have to play different roles, for example l am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, granddaughter, cousin, cleaner, dishwasher, clothes drier, clothes washer, iron lady, chauffer, cook....just to name a few. If l had to get paid by the hour for what l do and how many hours l put in l would be a millionaire by now and l guess paying someone else  to do these things, lol! But instead l need to find balance in my life each day so that all these tasks can be done, l can be sane and l can also have time to myself. So here are some helpful tips....

  • Try to go for work early and don't take work home. This will require you to learn how to switch of from work when you get home, so that you can spend more "quality" time at home with your family.
  • Always try to avoid working in weekends if you can, they are short enough as it is, lol
  • In your day planner along with meeting schedules also write birthdays as you always look in it and you can plan ahead.
  • Take a break during work and do some stretching exercises right at your seat or get up each hour to get a glass of water, or make a herbal tea.
  • Eat healthy, your body will thank-you for it.
