It seems Britney is completely fed up and trying hard to come out from his father's control. Even her phone access is strictly limited by her father. The sister of Britney Spears' former manager Sam Lutfi testified that she snuck the pop star a cell phone in mid-January so Britney could contact her brother and seek his help her get out of the difficult situation she's under. "[Britney] told me she wanted to get a hold of Sam," said Christina, 25, whose brother had once been Spears's manager. "She wanted him to help her find a lawyer, and wanted someone to get a prepaid cell phone to her. She was scared because her father was blackmailing her with visitation rights over her kids."

Spears and Christina met in gym, where Christina gave her phone, saying it was from Sam and ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, which Spears then hid in a locker. "She asked me, 'Will Sam be able to help me?'" Christina added. The phone, however, was later discovered by Spears's security team and confiscated from her purse. Poor Britney she don't have any hold on her own life. She is circulating the internet, in which she allegedly asks for a lawyer's help in ending her father's legal control. Hope she succeeds in escaping this vicious circle.

Despite an order for Adnan Ghalib to stay away from Britney Spears, she is still sending desperate messages to him. Britney's loneliness is killing her and making her crazy. The singer has sent a barrage of text messages to Adnan begging him to help her get out of living under the control of her father. However Ghalib has not replied as he has been ordered by a judge not to communicate with Britney for three years.

A source said: "She keeps sneaking messages to Adnan begging him to help her win back her freedom. "She says she is lonely and misses being able to date the men she chooses. She feels trapped. "She has been begging him to meet her and help her come up with a plan to get out of her dad's conservatorship. "Some messages have got back to her via her hairdressers and style team - but Adnan cannot contact her otherwise he will face jail." According to her friends when she was enjoying spending her free time with her kids, she was desperately lonely and missing her boyfriend. Britney Spears, 27-year-old pop superstar's "Circus" tour kicked off in her home state of Louisiana at the New Orleans Arena before a nearly sold-out crowd that cheered  while singing some of her biggest hits, from the recent "Womanizer" to her first and now classic song, "...Baby One More Time."

The "Circus" tour was a great start but she appeared at times to be lip-synching. But it's sad that Britney's father was disappointed from her performance. ''I don't know what [Jamie Spears] was smokin', but he was very unhappy with Britney's [first] performance of her 'The Circus' tour in New Orleans,'' a close Spears associate said . ''Britney was very unhappy [about her dad's remarks] and told him he was full of s---,'' added the source. What great support that is, lol.

Britney Spears' ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib was charged with felonies, assault with a deadly weapon, battery, and hit-and-run, for the alleged Feb. 11 incident. Prosecutors have asked that bail be set at $110,000. Ghalib is facing up to seven years in prison if convicted on all charges. Adnan is accused of hitting the man in an alley behind Ghalib's Encino, Calif., apartment, where the server was presumably waiting for a chance to deliver his wares to Ghalib. As per the criminal complaint, Ghalib started to drive toward the man, who, in order to avoid being pinned against a garbage truck, jumped onto the hood of Ghalib's Mercedes. Ghalib swerved and the alleged victim fell off, breaking his wrist and sustaining other injuries. The defendant then drove away without stopping.

Britney Spears' father has filed a restraining order against Britney's previous manager Sam Lutfi and boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Documents were filed on Friday; allegation was that two have been plotting to disrupt the control he has over his daughter's estate and affairs.  Both men are now not allowed to contact Spears or coming within 250 feet of her, her property or family members! What an order. Spears's father says her cell phone records show "numerous telephone conversations" and text messages with her ex-manager Sam Lutfi and former boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib. "[Britney] innocently informs [Ghalib] of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit," Jamie Spears says. "[He] is harmful to Ms. Spears and to her recovery."

Her father also alleges that on Dec. 27 and 28, 2008, Lutfi tried to contact Britney through her hairdresser with the message that Lutfi was not responsible for creating the conservatorship. He allegedly sent a text message to the hairdresser saying, "I've done everything I can to free her from this. Very close to getting her free now." This is not the first time; Lutfi was slapped with restraining orders by Jamie Spears's lawyers before. Britney and ex husband Kevin Federline do not like each other, and now Britney has added his girlfriend to the list. The word is that Spears told Federline that she did not want "that [c-word] anywhere near my kids." But Federline said, "You really don't have much say about that." That was a clear reminder the singer still has limited parental rights when it comes to her sons Sean Preston and Jaden James.

The Monday argument is only the latest in several similar disagreements the former couple has had the past few days and. However the good news is that "Unlike in [other traumas in] the past, Britney didn't go take a pill or a drink, but went downstairs and did some yoga to calm down. ... I think that's a good sign she's growing up and dealing with Kevin's b.s.," added the source.
