In scoliosis there is a rotation of the spine, in which the individual vertebrae bones twist around the long axis of the spine. Well the verdict is out? What do you say? Who is the most beautiful? What makes a woman more beautiful  is the measurements between the eyes, mouth and ears of the woman being observed, US and Canadian researchers have found as mentioned in theage.com.au Four experiments where done where the same woman's face, in which the vertical distance between the eyes and mouth, and horizontal distance between the eyes, had been changed where compared. "Students looked at different pictures of the same woman's face laid out side by side and selected the face they found more attractive.In all four experiments, they chose the faces with specific proportions that the researchers have dubbed the "new golden ratio.""

They also found that you can trick others to think that your face the most "beautiful"....to trick beholders into thinking a woman's face is "maximally attractive," says the study, published in Vision Research. Altering your hairstyle, is one example. "Our study ... explains why sometimes an attractive person looks unattractive or vice versa after a haircut, because hairdos change the ratios," said Kang Lee, a professor at the University of Toronto and one of the lead authors of the study.

And you want to know something else? Sorry guys but ....Lee also told AFP that the researchers studied the faces of a few celebrities."Angelina Jolie does not have golden length and width ratios," he said ."Elizabeth Hurley gets the golden ratio for length but is different from the width golden ratio by one per cent." But Canadian country pop musician Shania Twain has "both the length and width ratios."!!!!!

Hahahaha, that's the best thing l've heard all day, something l've always said when my partner dies over Angelina Jolie now we have proof girls!

Communication is of two types, verbal and non verbal. Body language is the non verbal communication which just can't be fake. If you know to read body language you can easily figure out what's going on someone's mind. Anyone can pretend while speaking but the body language speaks only truth.

Basic Body language signals:

Eyes: Eyes communicate more than any other part.

  • Liars will never look at your eyes while talking or will make more eye contact than usual in an attempt to make you believe they are telling you the truth.
  • While listening to you if someone is looking away this means the person is thinking about something else.
  • Twinkling of eyes means Amused.
  • Wide open eye is the sign of Fear.
  • Eyebrows Down and Together (toward nose), Eyes Staring conveys anger.
  • Eyebrows Raised in the Middle means sadness.
Body Language

Legs:

  • A fast tapping, shifting of weight, or movement of the foot will most often mean that the person is excited, nervous, scared, or intimidated.
  • Feet Back, Behind Knees shows Interest
  • Feet Out, on Heels symbolizes Disinterest, Bored
  • Legs Crossed given an impression that the person is not open to conversation.

Arms:

  • People with crossed arms are closing themselves to social influence.
  • If someone rests their arms behind their neck, they are open to what is being discussed and interested in listening more.
  • If the hands are in their pockets, then they are more relaxed and are more likely to be attracted to you.

Every girl dreams to look like beautiful celebrities like Angelina, Jennifer, Nicole and countless others. Trust me it's not impossible. A little knowledge of makeup and how to carry yourself can really give you the look of your favorite celebrity or at least make you feel like a star. Proper makeup can really create magic in your personality and make you feel good (well it does to me) Want to go for it? Let's check out some of tip.

  1. Look at a photo of a star: Look at her hair, clothes and make-up.  I sometimes wonder how Angelina for example can look good all the time. Most stars look great with just a simple T and jeans. But this is not the case for me! Oh no, no. I need to put more effort than that. I have to check not only if the clothes match but also my hair and make-up. But l like checking the stars to see if l can use any of their styles.
  2. Before you can look like a star, you need to feel like one, so remember to look after your skin. Cleanse, tone and moisturize everyday. (MMM now that l am writing this, l do admit to myself, l do not tone but l know l should, and so should you!)
  3. I love to moisturize my whole body with a nice smelling cream each night if l can, l feel "beautiful" when l go to bed.
  4. If God gave you great skin, good for you, but before l leave the house l need to put foundation on. Once that is done, l put on some make-up, especially mascara and lipstick with gloss. I think we should all do this, because if we think we look better, most of the times we do!
  5. Hair, now this is just as important too. What ever your preferred style, straight, curly, long, short, you know what suits you, so l say stick to it, if you feel comfortable them go for it. I have to at least straighten my fringe everyday. It makes me "feel" like a have done my hair, put some sort of effort!

Mirrors can be our own worst enemies, especially for woman. But, l think we see ourselves worse than what we really do. I mean, how do you feel you see a red spot on your face, "OOOHH no" you say to yourself, you try to cover it or avoid looking at people, however if you think about it, it happens to all of us. Also, most of us think we are overweight; we dislike what we see in the mirror, we think that by losing 5 lbs everything will be better.

  • Keep water lukewarm, not hot, as hot water robs skin of moisture causing dry skin, so it's best to shower in lukewarm water.
  • Moisturize after showers or hand washing: Moisturizer is the key to soft, supple skin in winter. Whenever 'oil' is mentioned with 'skin' in the same sentence, people tend to cringe, but in winter, this can be a good thing. Because water and oil don't mix, the oil forms a protective layer over the skin and moisturizes better than moisturizers called lotions or creams. Pat your dry skin instead of rubbing with your towel before application. Keep moisturizer and facial water on your desk at work and use them with interval.

The former talk show host, Ricki Lake shares her happiness of succeeding to lose weight and getting into shape. She has trimmed 140 lbs. from her all-time top weight of 270 pounds. Ricki says PEOPLE "I can't believe I was a fat person for most of my life." "I didn't have surgery and I worked hard. There's no secret. I'm active. I watch what I eat," Lake, 40, adds. But she's certainly not immune to the pressure to stay thin. "According to Hollywood standards, I'm not a thin girl. I'm a normal girl," says the mom of two boys, Milo, 11, and Owen, 6. "I don't want to perpetuate that obsession but yet I am also guilty of wanting ... to lose weight." "I'm just grateful that I have sons and not daughters because it's that much harder," she says.

Lake trusts the fresh and organic meal for her new look however admits that "Something tragic in my life could happen and I could balloon and gain weight. I can't promise I will be like this forever." How Honest! She wants to look great when her book comes out. she says. "I don't need to lose anymore weight. [But] I don't want to go backwards. So I'm not going to pig out this Christmas."
