There was a get together of Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and daughter Suri with John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston along with over 4000 other Scientologists at a massive party in England on Oct. 16. The 25th anniversary of the International Association of Scientologists was celebrated at Saint Hill Manor in East Grinsted, West Sussex and the entire stars were the surprise guests. During nearly two hours of speeches, Cruise, 47, briefly addressed the crowd: "Because we never took our eyes off the ultimate prize, we stand where we are today," he intoned, witnesses tells Us. "We are in this together!"

Cruise-Holmes family and rest of the audience stood up when a choir took to the stage. "Tom was swaying and looked like he was in heaven," an attendee tells Us Magazine.  "He was really, really into it. Katie was next to him doing her best to look as enthusiastic. She was clapping along with the song, but was totally out of sync. Suri was standing by, looking a little bemused in a cute little party dress." Finally Gibson is free from charges. As judge decided to rub out Mel Gibson's conviction that followed an infamous Malibu drunk driving arrest in which the actor made anti-Semitic comments to a sheriff's deputy. According to 2006 conviction Gibson agreed to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, perform in public service announcements and pay $1,300 in fines to resolve the drunken driving case.

In July 2006, Gibson was spotted driving his Lexus sedan over 85 mph and thus stopped by a Los Angeles County sheriff's deputy on Pacific Coast Highway. A breathalyzer test showed Gibson's blood-alcohol level to be .12%; where the legal limit is .08%. Sheriff's officials initially described the arrest as "without incident." But he attempted to escape and was chased by the officers to his car and finally handcuffed him. Mel Gibson was a first-time drunk-driving offender so he was eligible to have the conviction removed from his record after completing the terms of his probation. Marty Singer, one of the top lawyers of Los Angeles has issued a warning to both Jon Gosselin and his lawyer Mark Heller. Singer is the representative of Kate Gosselin and he supposedly  ready to carry the fight to Jon and his lawyer in a case where Jon has defied a court order in the acrimonious divorce. Jon and Kate owned a joint bank account with approximately $201,000 and now it has been discovered that Jon removed hundreds of thousands of dollars from that joint account, despite a court order prohibiting such action. Now, Singer tells RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview: "If the money is not immediately returned, we will be looking into potential claims against Mr. Heller if he had any involvement with the violation of the court order. "It is very disappointing that Jon Gosselin has escalated this to such an ugly place that her lawyers have to do everything they can to protect her and her children from his outrageous actions."

In his letter to Heller, Singer wrote: "My client's consent was never requested, let alone given for your client's unilateral withdrawal of hundreds of thousands of dollars.......We demand the immediate return to the Account of all monies improperly withdrawn by your client.  If you and your client fail to comply with this demand, you do so at your peril." On the other side Jon told the national TV audience he wanted to put the brakes on his divorce and establish a better relationship with Kate. Let's see how this relationship ends.

Comedian actor and game show host Drew Carey is still the patron saint of free lunches in Hollywood. Inspite of the tough time of recession Drew have a big heart to distribute food for free. His act of gesture made his famous during the writers' strike for picking up the tab for any striking writer who flashed their WGA card. Now, we've learned Drew has expanded his generosity to include everyone.

According to the spy at Swingers in Los Angeles noticed Drew buying lunch for everyone in the restaurant between the hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM this past Thursday. Wow! Great work indeed. You will be amazed to know that one patron told they added a brownie sundae onto their order once they learned it was all on Drew. He posted on Twitter, "I'm at Swinger's at 8020 Beverly Blvd in LA. Brad Pitt a busy father now. Before kids he used to be a free man but now while playing the role of father he sacrificed a lot.  On HBO show Real Time, Bill Maher interviewed Brad and recalled a New Year's Eve party where Pitt "just, all night, rolled these perfect joints. The most perfect joins I've ever seen." Pitt countered with "I'm an artist." Pitt told Bill Maher that he gave up marijuana when he began building his family with partner Angelina Jolie.

In the midst of all serious talks Brad explained that he gave up the green stuff in order to keep up with the busy pack--which includes all his kids Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and twins Vivienne and Knox. ""I'm a dad now, and you want to be alert." Really having kids is a great responsibility and brad is surrounded with six kids. Honestly I won't be able to balance all. Great work Brad.
