Whether you are an avid astrology expert or occasionally skim the horoscopes, astrological information will tell you all about who you are and aren’t compatible with and who you should date. However, if you are already in a relationship and are wondering how to keep your partner’s sign happy, you are in luck! Here are some tips from the stars (literally):

    Aries (March 21-April 19)
This fire sign likes it when you show enthusiasm and excitement, both towards them and the interests and hobbies that they like. Humor them and allow them to think thing were their idea, and keep things fresh and new by switching up your routine.

    Taurus (April 20-May 20)
An Earth sign, these guys especially love physical attention. They want to feel secure and comfortable, but never trapped, so keep a certain level of independence!

    Gemini (May 21-June 20)
A fickle air sign, communication is a must at al times! Keep things light and happy even in bad times, and embrace their active social life and many friends.

    Cancer (June 21-July 22)
These water signs are all about quality time and TLC. Be understanding of the ups and downs of their mood.

    Leo (July 23-August 22)
A fire sign, they want love, praise and affection daily. Be supportive of their creative ideas and passions, and allow them to take the lead.

    Virgo (Aug 23-Septemberr 22)
Make sure you are always completely open and honest with this earth sign, and talk through things with them if they get anxious or worried. Also, keep the house crazy clean!

    Libra (September 23-October 22)
With this air sign, it is about pampering them and letting yourself be pampered as well. Give lots of praise and compliments, and keep things harmonious and peaceful.

    Scorpio (October 23-November 21)
You can share many levels of intimacy (spiritual, emotional, physical) with this water sign. These are passionate and committed, so make sure you are as well.

    Sagittarius (November 22-December 21)
An adventurous and intellectual fire sign, they love to engage in conversation and share their ideas. They’ll need the freedom and a degree of independence, but enjoy their adventurous nature and tag along for the ride!

    Capricorn (December 22-January 19)
Get creative and find different ways to show how dedicated you are to them and to the relationship, keeping this earth sign happy and engaged.

    Aquarius (January 20-February 18)
An air sign with an active social life, don’t let this make you jealous or intimidated…join in on the fun! Give them the freedom they need.

    Pisces (February 19-March 20)
This go-with the-flow water sign needs to feel supported to avoid any insecurity. Put effort into keeping the magic alive and keeping it romantic.

  • Scary Sexual Injuries

    pillow fight

We’ve all had our share of UTI’s and limp wieners. I even had a girlfriend in college get a condom stuck in her for like 48 hours but I’ve come across a few sexual injuries that literally made me shudder. I decided it would be fun and torturous to share them with you. I’m warning you now, if you’re faint hearted or don’t have a strong stomach please go to our recipe section.

A Chinese woman became deaf after an intense make out session with her boyfriend that ruptured her eardrum!

A woman in New Zealand suffered a stroke that was caused by a hickey.

OK this next one is similar to what happened to a girlfriend of mine in undergrad. An Indian woman had a six-month long flu due to a condom she had inhaled while performing fellatio.

This one is so sickening I can only give you the bare minimum of details because I want you to continue to read this blog. A couple DIYed a sex toy using a SAW BLADE! The attached the dildo to the blade and things well, went a rye and the girl suffered lacerations to her vagina. OUCH! Leave the DIYing for home décor and jewelry ok people.

I don’t know why people are still shoving things up their bums but it’s happening. A man in Croatia inserted a bulb into his rectum. The bulb shattered inside of him and nearly ended his life

I think this one is actually kind of awesome. A woman in the United Kingdom suffered an injury from her Wii that pinched a nerve that causes her to have super intense orgasms from even the smallest vibrations. How does one achieve this you ask? Simply pinch the nerve that will trigger “persistent sexual arousal syndrome” SING ME UP!

This one makes no sense to me at all. We all know that there are dozens of male enhancements out there but a man in Malaysia thought shoving a welding nut up his urethra would do the trick, well it didn’t and it got stuck in his pee hole when his dick got hard. WEIRDO!

So that’s it for my deranged sexual injuries. Anyone brave enough to share theirs below? COME ON LADIES!!

Can’t tell what he’s thinking? Here is the inside scoop on what’s going on inside their heads:

Guys actually do like to cuddle: What better than lying peacefully in someone’s arms? Laying together and holding someone helps you feel secure with each other and with the relationship.

Confidence fixes everything: Men are taught that even if you make a mistake, by acting confident everything will turn out ok. This might explain how even if they are clueless about what we’re doing in bed, they act as though we know anyways.

Girls, that applied to you as well: Ladies, this killer confidence applies to you as well. If you seem unsure it can be awkward and distracting. Just act like you have all the experience and don’t question anything. Nothing is sexier than a confident lady, and you will totally have them fooled!

Don’t get hammered on a date: Some people are totally different once drinks are introduced, and it’s nice getting to know someone while they are sober. Maybe one drink or some wine to relax, but that’s it.

Avoid the heavy makeup: A more natural look is well-appreciated. Think about how all those colors and excessive application will look after spending the night together before applying.

Shower sex is overrated: The idea is sexy, but in reality it’s a slippery soapy event to master. The “up against a wall” move is more complicated than it sounds.

Keep the baggage out of it: Guys can be very understanding and want to help with your emotional issues. But if the baggage comes out too early into a relationship, the guy might freak and bail.

Yes, they are scared of commitment: Often repeated and totally true. Men equate commitment with settling down because they’ve found their one and only soul mate and won’t ever look back. Heavy stuff! Commitment signals maturity, so perhaps the “girls mature before boys” adage also comes into play here.

Dirty talk is intimidating: The last thing a guy wants is for something he says to end up as girls’ night dishing session material. It’s too easy to slip up and say something gross, pathetic, or just bizarre.

Don’t try too hard to ‘be a bro:’ Guys like when you’re at ease with our friends, but don’t overdo it. Let them be silly with their friends.

They play hard to get: Guys can be as calculating as girls! Many admit to acting like a girl has no chance even if they secretly like them. Then, after flirting with other girls and acting picky, they will shower this girl with attention.

They don’t always actually mean they’ll call: It’s the polite thing to say “I’ll call you” even if you have no intention of doing so. Or, they might mean it at the time and change their mind 24 hours later.

    what is love

As you may know, the title is taken from the catchy 90s pop tune, Haddaway’s “What is Love.” So I pose the question, “What is love exactly?” It seems we are forever super obsessed with finding our one true soul mate.

Chris Rock, in his live concert, “Never Scared,” gives his comedic take on finding your true soul mate. Chris Rock explains, you are never happy; you are either “married and bored” or “single and lonely.” Basically saying, you are never happy. Yes this seems like a very harsh take on something that’s supposed to be a happy occasion.

Is marriage a jail sentence or a happy union? Depends on your situation, if you were hurt many times or divorced, you may not have a great view on love and marriage. Maybe your dating history caused you to be jaded. Let’s face it, no one seems to have a Hollywood love story. But back to the main subject, “What is love?” Can you be in love without being in like?

I ask this question because, in my point of view, being in like keeps people together. You may fall in and out of love with someone, but like will keep you around.

What is love? Love is that thing that keeps two people together for 50 plus years even if it seems like a jail sentence for your significant other. Remember though, this prison sentence not only comes with three square meals and cable TV, but also a partnership that can last forever.

    Is it worth it?
