Flirting while in a serious, committed relationship can be a huge turn on. Both while I was younger and dating men and even now that I’m married. Happily married, I should add. That’s right – married the man of my dreams and I still flirt. And most of the time, I do it right in front of him.
Hubby and I go out on the town together – to bars and clubs and house parties, and most nights, I find myself entertaining the advances of a hot fellow, (or two). I don’t make out with these hotties. That would be going too far. But I do certainly enjoy their attention and I have a tendency to flirt back.
My man usually notices that I’ve gotten a bit… distracted. He’s typically very smooth with his response. He’ll come over and casually join the conversation. He doesn’t get overly grabby or affectionate with me, (like some boyfriends have in the past), and he acts like the guy who has been hitting on his wife for the last half hour is the most interesting person in the world.
My admirers generally give up after a while, shooting me an awkward and somewhat sad-looking glance or nod as they walk away to find other prey for the evening.

I have to admit, however, that I do pretty much the same thing when he’s talking up some hot young lady. In fact, I may be a little less discreet communicating that the man is mine.

It’s super hot and a real ego boost to have some hottie chatting me up. And let’s face it – flirting is just good fun. And for my husband, seeing other men flirt with me may make him a bit jealous but it’s also a great reminder to him that this lovely lady is all his. What a lucky guy!
