When I am feeling uneasy or wanting more l always like to ask and keep inmind the following things;
1. What do I want from my life?
Ask yourself this, "What do l want from my life?" Then take it from there, and start planning. ?Make your life a meaningful full one, remember you don't know how long you will be here, so enjoy each day.
2. Do one good deed each day
Help someone across the road, or help at your local hospital. Just do something just because you want to not because you have to and see how good you feel.
3. Stop hurrying
"Stop to smell the roses" as they say. Pay attention to each task you are doing, and don't do them half heartedly. Enjoy each thing that you do.
4. Try to not experience any rage
Rage is very stressful, whether it be for example road rage, or a cashier taking too long. If you happen to be late so be it, just enjoy the moment you are on and let others be. If they want to over take, so let them what is the harm? It is better for you anyway; once they leave you can keep enjoying the ride!
5. Spend some quality time with your kids and loved ones
Once you come back from work each day remember you children and loved ones, they have been waiting for you. So take time out for them and enjoy the time you spend with them rather hurrying to do something else or fighting with them.
And finally as the saying goes, "Don't worry, be HAPPY!"
