This may be a question of little importance for some folks but, “Why doesn’t he hold my hand in public?” causes major issues for some couples.
Ladies don’t be mad if he doesn’t enjoy public displays of affection. I myself don’t really like the PDA idea. Why do we have to hold hands everywhere we go? Sometimes it can be a bit too much. Look at us, throwing our relationship in everyone’s face, forcing people to pay attention to us. Here are some alternate ways to display your affection for those who don’t enjoy holding hands.
The Hug
Whether it’s a short hug or a long hug. The hug is a good way to show that you care for the person. Remember a hug won’t leave your hands sweaty either.
The Peck
The peck is a quick kiss to the facial area. More than likely the peck will land on the check or the lips. The peck can be combined with the hug to add a bit more zest and flare.
Hands on the hips
This form of PDA is likely to be seen in a club environment or even in a nice photo of a couple. The man’s hands usually hover around the waist area of the woman. The traditional pose is the woman stands face-forward and the guy stands behind her but also facing forward, with his hand on her waist.
I myself tend to gravitate towards this method. Mainly because the eyes and the smile that I see when she looks up at me is picture perfect.
The problem of publicly displaying your affection may seem like it’s of little importance. But again it’s sometimes the little things that cause the biggest problems. Display your affection by proudly saying, “Yes world, this is my significant other.” Just don’t overdo it.
