This is the classic, completely casserole that everyone loves. You can serve this and no one would know that it is gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 Cups spaghetti sauce
- 3 Cups gluten free dry noodles
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 pkg 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 Cup sour cream
- ¾ Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Method

In a skillet cook ground beef, drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer until warm.

Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles and place in a 2 ½ quart greased baking dish. Top with meat and sauce.

Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream and green onions. Spread over the top of the meat and sauce. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
