This is a healthy and delicious dessert, very easy to prepare with a wonderful result.
Ingredients
- 4 peaches, cut in half, stones removed
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Low fat natural yogurt, to serve
Method
- Peel the peaches if you like. Place peaches cut side up in a shallow heatproof dish.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle over cut surface of the peaches.
- Cook under a hot grill for 3-4 minutes until sugar is dissolved and bubbling. Serve with yogurt.
