1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Combine ground meat, onion, eggs, bread crumbs, oats, and seasoning in a large bowl. Shape into 2 inch diameter balls.
3. Heat about 1/2 inch vegetable oil in a large saute pan. Brown meatballs in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a glass baking dish.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
5. Serve over cooked pasta and add a bit if parmesan cheese if you like. Enjoy!
Note; if you would like to make it lower in fat, omit the sausage and add more of eirther beef or turkey.
