We all love dips, and Hummus is low in calories and in any party the women love to dip celery, carrots and dry biscuits into Hummus without feeling guilty. So why not make it yourself, your friends are going to love you!
INGREDIENTS
- 480 g canned garbanzo beans, drained
- 80 ml tahini
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 6 g salt
- 2 cloves garlic, halved
- 15 ml olive oil
- 1 g paprika
- 1 g minced fresh parsley
METHOD
- Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the garbanzo bean mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Enjoy!
