INGREDIENTS
1 X 9g strawberry flavoured jelly crystals
250 ml boiling water
400 g reduced fat vanilla flavoured yoghurt
Fresh strawberries
Icing sugar
METHOD
In a heatproof bowl add jelly crystals, followed by boiling water and stir with a fork until crystals dissolve.
Place yoghurt in another bowl and stir until smooth.
Gradually stir in the jelly mixture.
Divide yoghurt mixture in serving glasses and cover with cling wrap before placing in the fridge until set (4 hrs)
Top with strawberries and dust with icing.
