INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes grated
1 onion grated
1 egg
1 tablespoon cornflower
Salt, pepper
Fresh herbs: parsley, oregano
METHOD
Remove excess water from the grated onion and potato.
Mix in one egg and cornflower to bind.
Season and add any herbs you like.
Shape into balls and then flatten.
Shallow fry until golden brown and crisp. Enjoy!
