Fried rice is a family hit as you can add what ever your family likes. It is not difficult to make and if you make the rice a head of time you can quickly put it together in no time.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked Jasmine rice
- 1 garlic clove, sliced thinly
- 2 chinese sausages, sliced thinly
- 1 fresh chilli, finely chopped
- 100g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tblspn sweet soy sauce
- 1 tspn beef stock concentrate
- salt to taste
- oil
Method
- Heat oil in wok and fry garlic.
- Once fragrant, add all remaining ingredients except for rice. Stir fry until cooked.
- Finally add the cooked rice and heat through. Serve.
Variations
- Any meat or vegies can be added.
- A fried egg per person can be served on top of rice.
