INGREDIENTS
1 cup cubed carrot
1 cup cubed potato
1 chopped onion
1 cup frozen peas
Puff Pastry
Sesame seeds
1 beaten egg
METHOD
Saute in a pan onion, potato and onion, add peas toward the final stages and then let cool.
Cut pastry into squares and fill centre with mixture.
Fold in a triangle and pinch edges to seal.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in moderate oven until brown.
