INGREDIENTS
200 g chopped dark chocolate
4 eggs
1/4 tablespoon baking powder
1, 1/4 cup sifted plain flour
250 g chopped butter
1, 3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sifted cocoa powder
METHOD
Place butter and chocolate into saucepan and stir until smooth over low heat.
Mix together the eggs, sugar, cocoa, flour and baking powder in a bowl and then add to the cooled chocolate mixture.
Pour mixture into a lined 20 cm baking tin and bake for 50 min or until set.
Cool slightly in tin, cut and serve with melted chocolate and cream!
