This sauce is very popular in Argentina and is used to top any grilled/barbecued meat. The essential ingredients are garlic, parsley, oil and vinegar. For better results prepare at least 2 or 3 days ahead of time. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 120ml/4fl.oz Olive Oil
- 120ml/4fl.oz Red Wine Vinegar
- 90ml/3fl.oz. Water
- 3 tbsp freshly chopped Oregano
- 3 tbsp freshly chopped Parsley
- 2 Garlic Cloves, very finely chopped
- 1/2 teasp Chili Pepper Flakes
- Salt
Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well blended relatively smooth.

Cover and leave to stand for at least 2 hours at room temperature before serving.
