Your child should not be empty stomach before sleeping. Make sure they eat well before sleeping. In case they are hungry, they won't have sound sleep. Avoid food rich in protein, sugar or caffeine before bed time as energy created by these foods can create hindrance in falling sleep.
Exercise or any physical activity is very much critical for your child's good night sleep. Exercise keeps children healthy and helps them sleep more easily.
