According to allergist Dr Shila D'souza, "People are not born with allergies. Allergies are developed during the course of one's lifetime. Allergies should not be ignored as it may increase with time and can be a critical illness. Technically it's not the smell that is allergic but experts believe that it is actually caused by one or many chemicals used for producing such fragrances. A number of chemicals such as cinnamonic alcohol, cinnamic aldehyde, eugenol, isoeugenol, geraniol, alpha amyl cinnamic alcohol, hydroxycitronellal, which are mostly used in the production of cosmetics, perfumes, toothpastes, have been known to cause allergies.

Solution: The best solution is to purchase non-scented products. Before purchasing a product, ask the salesmen to spray the perfume, so you can know in advance whether you are allergic to that particular smell or not. If you tend to fall sick often, then opt for an allergy patch test to help determine which substance you are allergic to.

We always take care of our face and forget the important part like hand. Hands are your best companion in day to day life and it's your duty to keep it clean and healthy. Lindsay Lohan and "Bling Ring" member/reality TV-star Alexis Neiers were put in the same protective wing of the Century Regional Correctional Facility in L.A. On Friday Neiers was released, she shared the condition of Lindsay in Jail. "Crying. She was crying," Neiers tells, "I could hear her. "

• Career: Take a gap and once you know the place better, try looking for job of your interest. Sitting idle at home is the biggest cause of depression. So move out, meet with people and get along. • Keep in touch with old pals: leaving the place doesn't mean you leave your relationship and friends. Keep in touch with all your friends. I was once in a new place on my birthday and no one was around but all my pals called me , sent me messages and flowers to make me special and trust me it was a wonderful feeling.
