For many of us, this past Mother’s Day was filled with low self esteem and mimosas. Brandi (Why do you spell your name with an i?) and LeAnn decided to spice it up though with a little old fashioned feud.

The two have been at it since two years prior when Brandi found out her husband was cheating on her with the country superstar. The back and forth has been displayed across many mediums including twitter and various entertainment magazines. It seems though that Leann was trying to extend the olive branch this time. She sent Brandi a bouquet for Mother’s Day. The appropriate response from Brandi? Either a thank you or nothing at all. The actual response? Brandi took to twitter and proceed to write some sort of quasi thank you/ but you’re also indifferent to me post.

This is probably the most immature response Brandi could have given. Someone did NOT go to Charm school!

For all of you rooting for Leann she came back to say she never received a thank you from Brandi which was not what she was looking for anyways, she just wanted to say Happy Mother’s Day. 

Looks like LeAnn wins this round. Too bad though because Brandi could have used a few points after her “book” tanked.

• Blind Date - Take him out on a surprise date. Don’t give him details except for how to dress, and then surprise him with concert tickets or a reserved table at that swanky bar he’s been wanting to go to.
• Tastings - Try a nearby brewery, chocolate factory, or winery.
• Local Tourist - Play tourist in your own home city for the day. Head to the landmarks you never go to and take pictures together while doing it.
• Fondue Dessert Night - Chocolate and wine. What’s not to love?
• Memory Lane - Recreate your first date, with all the details you can remember. You will both enjoy the blast from the past.
• Get Outdoors - Go for a hike in the mountains, enjoying the views and each other’s company

Star Trek star Zoe Saldana recently sat for the June issue of Allure. She won’t be topless on the cover but she will reveal quite a bit of skin for the inside spread. During the interview Saldana was asked many questions about her upcoming film and previous relationships. She was recently involved with Bradley Cooper up until December.

Along with her breasts, Saldana also revealed that she believes herself to be extremely androgynous. She said if she were ever to raise a child it would be with another woman. She went on to say that for her it’s just about having a good thing in front of her. Whether it’s a man, woman, or a Birkin bag. Despite her bi-curiosity she is fiercely loyal to whom ever she is involved with. Lucky for them!

When asked if she would be willing to date another actor she gave a response that could only be conveyed as boredom. Boredom of her own kind. Maybe Saldana is not only looking for someone with an extra X chromosome but also someone of peasant stature as well.

Along with appearing in the much-anticipated Star Trek film it has also been announced that Saldana will be appearing in Avatar 2. 

Good for Saldana for opening up about her sexuality. It can be a confusing and complex thing and doing it under a microscope can be ever more difficult. 

Saldana’s titillating cover for Allure will be on stands May 21st, so keep an eye out for it.
