  2. Choice of toothpaste is also an important part of dental care. Use fluoride toothpaste and a soft-bristled toothbrush.
  3. Avoid vigorous or harsh scrubbing, which can irritate your gums.
  4. Don't forget to brush the inside and chewing surfaces of your teeth, as well as your tongue.
  5. Replace your toothbrush when bristles become frayed, at least once a year.

  • Small bowl
  • Cotton balls
  • Q-tips
  • Hand soap
  • Orange stick
  • Nail polish remover
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of oil, Coconut oil, almond oil, or olive oil will all work.
  • Towel
  • Base coat
  • Nail polish
  • Top coat
  • Hand lotion

Note: Before you begin an at-home manicure, Place your metal nail tools in an antiseptic solution for about 15 minutes to kill any bacteria and germs.
