A polyol is not a sugar, nor an alcohol. Polyols are a group of low-digestible carbohydrates derived from the hydrogenation of their sugar or syrup source. Know the facts about Fat free food
Pump it0 Dump it0      Posted on: 04-Apr-2009

For a product to be fat free, it must contain less than 0.5g of fat per serving. This is all very well if we eat the stated serving size of that food, say one cookie. But if we consume more than a serving of that food, it ceases to be fat free. All those fractions of a gram will count towards your daily fat intake. Remember, fat free doesn't mean calorie free.

Did you know that bees travel an average of 55,000 miles and need to tap over two millions flowers just to bring you one pound of honey. Isn't this incredible! The color and flavor of honey differ depending on the bees' nectar source - blossoms. In fact there are more than three hundred unique kinds of honey in the United States alone. Light colored honeys are milder in flavor, while darker honeys are usually stronger in flavor. The main producers of honey are Australia, Canada, Argentina and United States.
