    Neck sprain is very common and you can have it for any reason. It's a very irritating situation when you can't even move your head. Most of the time wrong sleeping posture is the reason which results to sprain in your lower back area of neck

    It's better to go for natural remedies for neck sprain.

    • Apply ice to the painful area for about 48-72 hours. This is the easiest way to get rid of inflammation. Fill a bag with crushed ice and place a towel around the area of neck. This will help you to recover from neck sprain.
    • Placing the neck in an elevated area such as pillows, during rest is helpful.
    • If pain is bearable, simple exercises can be beneficial. Tilting the neck in the front and back and movement from side to side, prove beneficial. Avoid exercise when pain is chronic.
    • You can make a bandage with the black coffee on the neck sprain.
    • Massage therapy also helps however this should be done only by someone who has a good knowledge of massage otherwise it can worsen the situation.

    1.      Friction Blister: A blister occurs when the outer layer of the skin separates from the fiber layer. The skin will re grow from underneath. The loose skin is dead. Blisters can occur from heat, frostbite, chemical injury, or friction.

    2.      Blood Blister: A blood blister usually develops following a smashing or pinching injury. There's a small skin injury that pumps blood between the skin layers, rising up a blister of blood. Blood blisters can usually be treated at home.
