Those of you who refrain from throwing your hands in the air and waving them like you just don't care, for fear of unsightly sweat stains and body odour, might be pleased to know that there are a handful of solutions on the horizon!

Whilst investing in a great deodorant is half the battle, the other is to ensure you are wearing the right gear.  You cannot simply turn up in a baggy old t-shirt and think your exercise experience will be maximised to its full potential. Thankfully, several of the major sports brands have recognised that if you are slogging it out at the gym preparing to train for your first or hundredth marathon, you are more productive when you feel fresh.

The Puma Advanced collection offers lightweight, highly functioning compression technology, for ultimate support and comfort, in addition to UV protection. The best bit, which makes even the laziest among us tempted to partake in a little cardio, is that the wicking system rapidly moves moisture away from the skin and optimises body temperature. The Short Sleeve Black Top costs £30 and the Short Black Tights costs £25, making this a worthwhile investment for any amateur or professional sportsperson. For more information on products and stockists visit www.puma.com or telephone 0845 123 7862.
