Did you know seeds of the apricot grown in central Asia and around the Mediterranean? are so sweet that they are often substituted for almonds. The apricot belongs to the Rosaceae family, which includes other tree fruits like apple, pear and peach. Whether its holidays with friends, camping or a birthday party, fun is in complete without a barbecue cookout. Isn't it! There are a lot of different barbeque techniques available. Making perfect barbeque is a art and every one can't do it properly. Today we will try to know some important tips to make perfect barbeque and impress your friends and family. barbeque

    Tips to cook barbeque:

    • Choice of food to cook is really important because there's not much flexibility with the heat and it doesn't last forever. Try fish and steaks and other lean cuts of meat. Brinfg flavor into the meats by marinating them.
    • The choice of charcoal is very important. The fast lighting bags you can get (one match is all you need!) are not that great. They light fast and burn out fast and never really settle into a good cooking temperature. Briquettes, for me are best they take some time to reach optimum temperature (at least an hour) but then they stay at a good temperature for a long time.
