Most of us think belly fat is due to high consumption of fat, however this is not true. If you consume a lot of cheese or other high-calorie snacks while drinking, you are most likely to gain weight that much quicker.

Standard drink that will not affect your health badly. 1.5 fl oz of 80-proof hard liquor, such as gin, whiskey, or rum. One 5 fl oz glass of wine. One 12 fl oz bottle of beer or wine cooler.

Mindless eating will just add to your daily calorie intake. So keep track of what you are eating. Drink plenty of water in between the drinks so that you feel fuller and control your alcohol intake.

Social gathering results to too much of junk food and glasses of alcohol. Have a check, don't let one party ruin the healthy eating of whole week.
