    Massage cocoa butter or vitamin E oil into the stretch marks.
    Eat foods high in vitamins A, E and C or take supplements in addition to your diet. However in case you are pregnant avoid taking more than 25,000 IU of vitamin A. Or consult your doctor.
    Keep your skin hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Having dry skin worsens stretch marks.
    Foods that are rich sources of zinc like leafy green vegetables, peppers, soya beans are beneficial in reducing stretch marks.
    Also eat foods that contain essential fatty acids, which help make cell walls.
    Massage stretch marks with a mixture of almond and coconut oil regularly.
