Have you ever thought how world would have looked if there are no colours. Can you imagine all around just black and white. Boring! This is the only word I can relate to. Colours can make us feel better, increase our energy or even have a depressing effect. Each colour has its own aura and effect on your psychology.
Here are small facts regarding colours that you can use and make your surrounding more interesting and lively.
- You must have noticed most of the food joints are decorated with dark colours. Bright colors such as red, orange and yellow have been proven to stimulate the nervous system and increase your appetite. You can use this colour therapy for your naughty child. Serve them meals in brightly-coloured plates.
In case you feel tired and lazy, wear something orange that give you positive energy. Black resembles power and strength while Grey suggests a neutral bent of mind, great for mediation.
