    Bike riding is always been fun and source of excitement for both kids and adults. It is easily learned and not easily forgotten. To add on bike riding has so many benefits that make it more special.

    Health benefits of bike riding:

    Cardiovascular exercise: Bicycling is a good cardiovascular exercise that could increase the health of your heart. Cardiovascular consistency helps human metabolism in many ways. Everybody needs between thirty minutes of aerobic exercise at least three days a week, however due to our busy schedule we hardly get chance. Bike riding can be the best source and it saves your time as well, instead of car use bike to cover short distances.

    Help Joints: With growing age we experience Joint pain especially in the knees because of the lack of proper calcium levels in the bones. Bike riding offers exercise without pain. The benefit is equivalent to jogging or running without the strain.
     


    Get into shape: Bike riding helps leg to be in shape. To avoid cramping, stretch thoroughly before and after each bike ride.

    Bring balance to your body: Bicycling increases your balance and helps staying upright. Maintaining the balance strengthens the core muscles of the abdominal region. You will probably burn somewhere between 400 and 500 calories on a one hour bicycling trip.     • The saddle height should be adjusted to the position that your knees are straight without much moment.
    • Just look down occasionally when you ride and you should be able to correct any erratic leg movement.
    • Upright posture is comfortable if you are sitting stationary, but it is not advisable if you are riding outdoor.
    • Learn the road rules and follow them.
    • Bend elbows slightly so that your arm muscles act as shock absorbers.
    • Poor adjustment of helmet may cause problem.
