Fight cellulite- you may not be able to get rid of it completely but minimise it with exercise, it is recommended that you preform 3 weight training sessions a week concentrating on your legs and bottoms. So get out there and sweat!
Chips- fat chips are better than thins ones as they�retain much less oil.
Snack- If you want a snack in between meals, why not have a glass of milk. It's full of calcium and other things your body needs and low in fat too.
Nuts- Cholesterol free and rich in monounsaturated fats "the good ones", macadamia oil has been found to lower blood cholesterol.
Breakfast idea- why not try a bowl of oats, with low GI and cholesterol fighting properties makes them a great choice.
Figs- a fruit rich in dietary fibre and a good source of potassium, a mineral that may lower blood pressure. They in season form February to March so look for soft heavy fruit that gives slightly to pressure. They go great with honey and walnuts or soak them in fruit juice overnight for a flavoursome snack.
Bananas- provide slow realising carbohydrates, a great way to keep you going through the day.
