In a large saucepan place 1/4 cup water and heat.

Add onion and garlic and cook until softened. A

dd carrots and zucchini, cook, stirring for 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, beans tomato paste and stock.

Bring to the boil and reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
