Steaming is a great way to cook vegetables to preserve all the nutrients they have. If you boil the vegetables all the vitamins and minerals can be removed whilst boiling, so then what's the point in eating them? Steaming is also a great way to make your vegetables for your baby, and then all you need to do is puree or mash them depending on the age of your child. Plus if you eat them as you are feeding him, as we all do it's not that bad either!

See, how easy is it! You can then keep the vegetables in a cool place and use them when ever and where ever you want. This is a great way to cook for weight loss as you are not using any fats to cook them, all you need to do to them is add salt and enjoy, you can't get any better and easier than that.
