Mirrors can be our own worst enemies, especially for woman.
But, l think we see ourselves worse than what we really do. I mean, how do you
feel you see a red spot on your face, "OOOHH no" you say to yourself, you try
to cover it or avoid looking at people, however if you think about it, it
happens to all of us. Also, most of us think we are overweight; we dislike what
we see in the mirror, we think that by losing 5 lbs everything will be better.
This is part of a program called "A Woman's World" that
speaks exactly to this point - it's about a bunch of female friends who are
there for each other and give each other reality checks when they are needed.

People always like to have a glowing skin. But it is you who must
take care of your skin in order to help your skin look the best it
can. Face washing is often the core of beautiful face. Cleaning is
essential in maintaining beautiful and healthy skin. A face speaks
volumes about one's personality, and a well looked after face not
only attracts attention and adulation, but fosters confidence in a
person. Therefore the face must be cleansed properly and in the right
way.
Important steps in the cleaning of face: Most important and
initial step should be the choosing of skin care products that work
best for you.
-
Cleansing: Choose a skin care product for your specific skin
type. Wash in a circular motion with lukewarm water to retain the
skin's moisture.
-
Exfoliation:
Exfoliation is the removal of the oldest dead skin cells that cling
to the skin's outermost surface. Granular products are best for this
procedure to help scrub off all of the dead skin cells, allowing for
maximum skin moisturizing. Good exfoliating procedures will also
help smooth any rough areas of the skin. When done correctly,
exfoliation leaves the skin feeling smoother and fresher looking.
