    Aging is something you just can't avoid. However you can definitely put in efforts to look younger than your age. After blowing 30 candles on your birthday the only concern is wrinkles, marks, and dark circles. You can look younger by taking care of your skin at the right time.

     


     

    Eat well
    Balanced diet is the first step to look younger. Want a glowing skin just eat right. Stop munching on fried snacks and guzzling down aerated drinks. Stock up on veggies instead, especially the greens and make sure to include dairy products in your diet. Fresh fruits are very important to give your skin a natural glow! Foods like papaya and oranges are rich source of Vitamin A which works to fight the signs of ageing and give you younger looking skin.

    Start early
    Most of the time we ignore our skin care and concentrate more on cosmetic products. That won't help at all. You need to start taking care of your skin when the first signs of ageing appear. If you start caring your skin even before aging really starts, you can have a win win situation.

    Home care
    Avoid using cosmetic products as most of the cream consists of harmful chemicals which can be harmful for your skin. Use home facials like rub papaya or tomato, even curd is natural bleach that makes your complexion fair. Don't forget to use sunscreen before stepping out of house.

    Exercise regularly
    You must have heard about health benefits of exercise, however even for glowing skin, exercise is the best source for you. It's a known fact that regular workouts help to obtain a glowing flawless skin. The skin is also an organ. Hence, regular exercise that increases the blood flow to your skin makes it healthy and gives you a natural glow.
