Try to create a particular theme of your kitchen. Theme can be for example,  Italian, Mexican, 1950s classic or modern, and get accessories to carry out the theme. For ex: If you've chosen an Italian theme, use oils and pasta in different shapes and sizes as decorative elements. If you're going modern, try a single type of fruit in a glass bowl, lemons or green apples work great for a punch of color.

Kids room decoration tips: kids room decoration is always a great challenge for parents as this is the place where your kid relax, play with friends and do their homework.

1.      Walls are the most attractive part of kid's room. Painting kid's room is great fun. Choose the colors of the wall according to the choice of your child. Mix and match the colors to make the walls colorful and attractive. You can also use your creativity and paint some cartoon characters or animal figure to make the room interesting for your child. If it's girls room use flowers or butterflies or go with a garden or tea party theme. If it's boy's room use race car, train or airplane theme.    

2.      When it comes to furniture, the finish on any kid furniture should be smooth to the touch, joints should be strong, cabinet doors should open and close easily.

3.      There should be a play area in kid's room.  School age children usually enjoy having their activity and sleep space all rolled into one. Nicely decorate and arrange different toys, puzzles, board games, action figures, dolls etc. in play area.

4.      Choose curtains according to your kid's choice. Flower print for your princess and superman print for your prince. Try to mix and match the curtain, bed sheet and pillows with the theme of walls.

5.      Don't use any glass decorative pieces as they can break and hurt your child when they run and play. Decorating with photo frames can be a good idea. So many frames are available in market designed especially for kid's room.

6.      Use the space intelligently so that your little one can clean the room on their own. This inculcates a sense of responsibility in children.
