Victoria Beckham, what has happened?

Victoria Beckham, can you believe she has had 3 children? Look at her, every time l see her she looks smaller, that is skinnier, but her chest is always the same or should l say nice and perky?  What happened to the healthy woman in the Spice Girls, she was the nice and sexy looking one.  Look at the picture below as her before on the left when she was in the Spice Girls.

But, now she looks plastic, just look at those cheekbones. I do not think she is sending the right image to young girls and she is one celebrity who is always in the news and that girls look up to. I mean she was able to get David Beckham! She is a woman however that looks immaculate where ever she goes, she has a great dress style most of the time but a just have one bad thing to say, too skinny, start to eat some food!
