On March 4, Jamie Lynn Spears and her boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, left New Orleans hotel after attending her sister Britney Spears' Circus comeback concert the night before. Casey tenderly held their 9-month-old daughter; Maddie Briann and Jamie Lynn loaded her diaper bags, toys and pink stroller into the minivan, for the four-hour drive back to their Mississippi home.

The young couple is not married still looked as connected as could be on their trip to cheer on Britney at her first show. As we all know Jamie Lynn - who was 16 when she shocked the world by telling OK! in December 2007 that she was expecting a child with her 18-year-old boyfriend - has decided not to walk down the aisle with him. "The wedding's off," a source reveals to OK! "They are still in love, living together and very happy, but they have no plans to get married. Jamie Lynn has everything she wants and feels no need for a ring and piece of paper." Adds another insider, "She and Casey have weathered a lot in their young relationship already and don't need the pressure of making wedding plans."  Good on them for deciding what's best for them without taking on the pressure of society.

Britney Spears' ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib was charged with felonies, assault with a deadly weapon, battery, and hit-and-run, for the alleged Feb. 11 incident. Prosecutors have asked that bail be set at $110,000. Ghalib is facing up to seven years in prison if convicted on all charges. Adnan is accused of hitting the man in an alley behind Ghalib's Encino, Calif., apartment, where the server was presumably waiting for a chance to deliver his wares to Ghalib. As per the criminal complaint, Ghalib started to drive toward the man, who, in order to avoid being pinned against a garbage truck, jumped onto the hood of Ghalib's Mercedes. Ghalib swerved and the alleged victim fell off, breaking his wrist and sustaining other injuries. The defendant then drove away without stopping.

Britney Spears' father has filed a restraining order against Britney's previous manager Sam Lutfi and boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Documents were filed on Friday; allegation was that two have been plotting to disrupt the control he has over his daughter's estate and affairs.  Both men are now not allowed to contact Spears or coming within 250 feet of her, her property or family members! What an order. Spears's father says her cell phone records show "numerous telephone conversations" and text messages with her ex-manager Sam Lutfi and former boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib. "[Britney] innocently informs [Ghalib] of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit," Jamie Spears says. "[He] is harmful to Ms. Spears and to her recovery."

Her father also alleges that on Dec. 27 and 28, 2008, Lutfi tried to contact Britney through her hairdresser with the message that Lutfi was not responsible for creating the conservatorship. He allegedly sent a text message to the hairdresser saying, "I've done everything I can to free her from this. Very close to getting her free now." This is not the first time; Lutfi was slapped with restraining orders by Jamie Spears's lawyers before. Britney Spears was seen at the Yatai Asian Tapas Bar in West Hollywood along with her mother at around 10pm. But guess who was also there? Britney's ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake, he was in the middle of a late-night dinner with current girlfriend Jessica Biel. A source says while "Jessica looked gorgeous, Spears  didn't look the best, but she probably thought no one would see her, as this restaurant isn't usually a hot spot," but US magazine spotted her!

The eyewitness says the restaurant as "so small...like the size of a living room," and the situation as "uncomfortable."Jessica and Justin looked to be slumping down in their seats to avoid [Spears]. She left 30 minutes later," another source tells US Magazine. "Shortly afterward, Justin and Jessica got in their car and left." During an interview in 2008 Britney admitted that she still love Justin. "With Justin, he was part of the magnitude of what I had become," Spears said. Britney is continuously visiting different countries for the publicity of her new album "Circus". With all the success and promotion, she's been going non-stop. This Thursday, Britney was photographed at LAX - she's heading to Japan! The pop princess is heading to Japan in order to promote her album. She was dressed in her finest airport chic fashion, the 27-year-old pop star rolled to the first class lounge with her father, Jamie Spears, and assistant Brett.

This will be Spears' first visit to Japan in more than five years. She was so excited. Britney said in a statement regarding her much-anticipated trip, "The Japanese are just so nice, I love them. I wanna go shopping while I'm there too." It's really good to see her in the news for so many good reasons now! She really deserves it! Check out her pictures at the airport.

As we all know the latest news of Spears and Kevin have ended the custody fight for their two sons with an agreement allowing Britney to see her children more. However, a judge can always modify custody settlements. Still Britney is so careless.

You can see some pictures of Britney Spears in bikini where she's smoking in front of her kid, and he's playing with a bowl full of lighters and a pack of cigarettes. In a way she is giving more reasons to lose the custody of her kids. Of course, if we look back Britney's track record, this isn't the least bit shocking. And frankly, I am not surprised.
