George Lopezis really lucky to have friend like Sandra Bullock, who is always there to support him. George's TBS talk show was canceled this week and Sandra was there by his side.

"If it wasn't for her involvement in me, or her belief in me, I would have had a very different last 10 years," Lopez, 50, told PEOPLE Wednesday at Dodger Stadium, where he threw out the first pitch to promote MasterCard's support of Stand Up 2 Cancer.

Lopez didn't speak about TBS's decision - Lopez Tonight will end its almost two-year run on Thursday - but he made it clear that without Bullock, he may never have made it to late night TV at all. "She invested in me, and she wouldn't take no for an answer. And with that, and just who she is, she has my undying love, and my undying loyalty," he said. "Every day I thank her for believing in me."

"I can only say that I did not have a mother, and I would have very much liked that one to be mine!" Lopez says with a laugh. "She's already my fairy godmother, but any child that gets to be in Sandra Bullock's arms is going to be a great person."

American actress Sandra Bullock is enjoying her vacation with Baby Louis in the Caribbean. Spending the past week at the Viceroy Anguilla in the Caribbean with baby Louis and other family - including her sister and brother-in-law - Bullock and her group took the time to get massages, drink tropical cocktails, play in the pool and even take a jaunt to a nearby private island.

The family had a blast, a source tells PEOPLE. "The group looked very festive at dinner, laughing and toasting over a long meal and Sandra in particular looked relaxed," says the source.

Bullock and her crew were in the private villa, however she came out to swim in the resort's pool with Louis, with toys ready and waiting provided by the hotel. Fun!! Bullock, 46, also emerged to watch the sun set - cocktail in hand - at the hotel's Sunset Lounge.

Some days, she made her way to the spa for a massage. On the day they traveled to a nearby private island, the group ate and swam in the ocean. For dinners, they hit local restaurant Coba on a few nights, a source confirms.

Congrats Sandra! American actress Sandra Bullock accepted the award for choice movie actress in a drama for her Oscar-winning role in The Blind Side. However the actress didn't walk the blue carpet at the Teen Choice Awards. This is why entire audience was surprised when she entered L.A.'s Universal Amphitheater on Sunday.

Bullock was dressed in a gray top, black leather pants and high heels. Looking great! She came on stage and thanked cheering fans. "I don't know if you should bring attention to this. Some things are better left unsaid. It's been awhile since I was a teen," she said. "I'm so blessed and lucky. The Blind Side - I got to meet so many good people, so many good lessons I took away from it."

Then, Bullock invited her "sweet friend" Betty White, who she joked hadn't been a teen "since 1919," onto the stage. "I was worried about her fitting in but that's not the problem," Bullock said. "The problem is she was supposed to jump in on my line, so Betty get your ass out on this stage!"
