Lindsay's dad, Michael Lohan spoke about his daughter's downward spiral in an interview with Radar online. "I'm going to get her off the prescription drugs that she's on," Lohan said in an interview. "I hate it when people talk about illegal drug abuse... because it's not just drinking and illegal drugs that kill you. Prescription drugs can destroy and kill a person and are sometimes harder to stop. Look at Heath Ledger and Michael Jackson." Mr. Lindsay requested not to reveal the name of the medication that he believes Lindsay is abusing. "You know why Lindsay's not acting in feature films right now? Because she can't," he said. "Because the girl with all the talent is hidden and buried deep inside this fungus that's grown because of the prescription drugs. She can't be herself. When you hug her she's like, vacant inside. When she kisses or holds me I get chills, and not in a good way-in a bad way."

Michael shared that Lindsay is working things out and very soon she will be a different human being all together. "She's a different person. I was out there for a week when she was living at the Sunset Marquis Hotel and I would sit there and cry. It was horrible. This was not the kid I raised." Singapore is gearing up for another great event, the inaugural F1 ROCKS which sees the world's top music acts team up with the globe's premier motor racing series. Two drama queens, Lindsay and Beyonce are participating in the show and fighting out for the biggest dressing room at F1 Rocks. Beyonce wanted it decked out in white, with authentic local cushions, and a minimum of four lit mirrors. Not only this she also asked for a mini gym and slimming shakes on her rider, plus champagne and vodka for her friends..

Lindsay Lohan has received  a job from  Emanuel Ungaro to join the design house as "artistic adviser" as well as new, chief designer - Estrella Archs, reports today's Women's Wear Daily. Hope "Odds are it could work," Moufarrige said, disclosing the appointments exclusively to WWD. "Everything we're going to get is going to be a plus. I think the noise level around Lindsay will be very, very big."

For her part, Lohan, 23, told WWD she hopes to take Ungaro to a "younger place" with a harder fashion edge. "When I'm involved in a project, I give my all to it," the controversial celebrity said. "I feel like there's a correlation between everything I do, whether it's pop music or film. I've always played a big part in what I wear, the costumes. Clothing is something that's so expressive in so many ways. It really interests me. Lohan said her first fur coat was an Ungaro, which she purchased about 10 years ago. Lindsay's 23^rd birthday has proven so lucky for her. On Monday Lindsay hinted on her Twitter page that Justin Timberlake was cheating on Jessica Biel at AVENUE lounge in New York. "So dark -- where's jb cheater?" are the words that appear on Lindsay's Twitter page, reportedly referring to Justin Timberlake's dancing at NYC hot spot Avenue on Monday night with another girl. Lindsay is denying that she posted the photo and wrote those words. "I would not discuss my personal life, let alone someone else's, on the internet!" Lindsay tells Life & Style. Lindsay does confirm, however, that it is her Twitter page but says she didn't write those words. So was she hacked? "Clearly! Twitter needs to fix their s--t. I didn't write 'jb cheater!' What does that even mean? It's annoying."

The situation between Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson is getting worst and Sam's family is so concerned that they are seeking a restraining order against the actress. Around 5 p.m. PST on Monday, Sam's mother, Ann Dexter-Jones, and sister, fashion designer Charlotte Ronson, were at the Beverly Hills Police Department to look into filing a restraining order because Sam wants to "send a message" to Lindsay. Charlotte and Ann talked to a clerk at the front desk, who advised them, "The restraining order is the best option. If she violates it, then she gets taken away." The Ronsons spoke openly to the officer about their situation. "She does these things to get attention," said Charlotte of Lohan's recent actions. "She was trying to get into my party this weekend. We had to tell security to keep her out. Then she booked a room at the Chateau Marmont. Her room was right below... She also followed our brother Mark around."

"[Lindsay] was doing drugs," added Ann. "And we could not sleep that night at the Chateau. She was complaining about the music and noise coming from upstairs. She was trying to get attention, so that Sam could come down." "She cuts herself too," Ann continued.  "She is a cutter!" "She got up illegally to our room," Charlotte told the policeman. "She does these acts of public humiliation. It is all for attention... She was also got physical with Mark." The Beverly Hills station can't issue restraining orders because there are no judges in the building. An arrest warrant is issued for the actress Lindsay Lohan this Friday in connection with her 2007 DUI arrest, for which she is still on probation. A hearing for Lohan is set for Monday morning in a Beverly Hills court. "The judge apparently has indicated that Ms. Lohan should be in attendance," said L.A. DA spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons. "We are not actively looking for Ms. Lohan at this time," Beverly Hills Police Lt. Mark Rosen said at a Saturday press conference. "We are not anticipating her surrender this weekend. But if she comes in contact with police, she's subject to arrest. As for why we're not actively looking for her, that's not our procedure for this type of warrant. Her attorney is hoping to resolve this issue in the coming week. If it's not resolved, I'm sure we'll negotiate her voluntary surrender."

Specific details of why the arrest was issued are not known yet . But, despite these multiple reports, Lohan herself is denying that the police are after her! In an exclusive statement to PerezHilton.com, Lindsay says, "This warrant for my arrest is completely fabricated and it's a horrendous lie.
