"Lost" star Matthew Fox was arrested for drunken driving in Bend, Ore., on Friday. He had one passenger with him when he was cited at 3:23 a.m. The actor was arrested early in the morning on suspicion of DUI. Fox, 45, was taken into custody and released later that day.

Driving in Oregon, where he currently lives, the actor was apparently en route to a fast food restaurant at the time of his arrest. He was taken into custody and released later that day.

The Oscar-winning director and writer have spent a lot of time in Hawaii over the years, so he probably doesn't even know that's illegal in Oregon.

This isn't Fox's first run-in with the law. On Aug. 28, 2011, the actor was accused of punching a female bus driver in the chest and pelvic area after he attempted to board the private party bus in Cleveland, Ohio. However, prosecutors ultimately decided not to charge Fox.

A rep for the actor had no comment.

In London last week during the premiere of the new Transformers movie, a kid attempted to give Megan a rose as a symbol of his unrequited love but Megan totally blew him off. How rude! Yes this was the reaction of everyone but Megan changed everyone's view when she apologized to spurned fan. She proved that she isn't cold hearted and doesn't snub her fans. Everyone's yelling different things... and I didn't know what was happening. If you know his name, I will send him a personal apology. I'm horrified. I would never do that. I'm sorry, sweet boy. I would never do that to you, and I would gladly accept your rose if I see you again." I hope Megan is genuinely sorry and not just pretending to gain the love and respect of all her fans.
