Kate the famous actress known for her roles in the films Pearl Harbor shares her exercise schedule that keep her in perfect shape. She said "I'm amazed that people obsess over my body image so much. Why do we encourage this war on women's bodies? It's a horrendous way to live, and I refuse to." Kate is 35 and takes special care of her figure with sensible eating regime and four exercise sessions per week. "I'm entirely normal. I have my good days and my bad days. I am a lot more body confident now I'm in my thirties, and in better shape too. If someone turns up with cupcakes mid-afternoon, I'll have one. And I'd hate to be one of those people who won't allow themselves a slice of birthday cake."
She has maintained her body so well that she looks so very gorgeous even after a having nine years old daughter from her past relation. She is very conscious about her looks and appearance. She told Elle magazine: "I don't like to walk around wearing no make-up, with my hair rolled on top of my head on my days off. I think my husband would be a bit bummed out if I did.
