The Age says that she  announced her break-up from long-term boyfriend Jamie Kennedy earlier this month, but they are still friends.  She also hates being single as she loves being part of a couple. Pratt's brother, Spencer beat Huston, Stephanie Pratt's ex-boyfriend, in the face as we know at the Dime, a Los Angeles bar.  Now Stephanie Pratt ex Cameron is planning to sue MTV, as he claimed that the network provoked an argument that resulted to this fight! This is hollywood! "Cameron has hired Robert Shapiro to be his lawyer and is going to file a lawsuit against MTV," says the source exclusively to E! News. However MTV tells E! "The Hills cameras were filming at a bar in Los Angeles when a dispute between Spencer and Cameron occurred. MTV does not condone or encourage violence. It is a series which follows the daily lives of these characters, and we cannot always foresee the situations that take place when filming. We are not aware of any lawsuit regarding this matter."

On the other side according to a Hills source, a 23-year-old aspiring actor, Pratt and Huston, were filming when producers told Huston to send a text message to Pratt's fiance/wife-in-Mexico, Heidi Montag, telling her Pratt was hitting on a bartender. "They told him Spencer was in on it, and that it was just a joke," says our source. "They told him to send Spencer fruity girly drinks at the bar, and that it was all just for the show." "Supposedly Spencer had no idea, and he got really pissed off," the source says. "He punched Cameron two to three times, and he had a ring on, so [Huston] got cut pretty bad." I don't understand why always these kind of dramas keep on happening in ‘The Hills', or l guess it happens everywhere, but they make it public, maybe they like all the publicity!

The TV show Dancing with the Stars, co-cast members Cheryl Burke and Maksim Chmerkovskiy are rumoured to be dating. Both of them were seen at One Sunset, together last night holding hands, rubbing each other, whispering. How romantic. One Sunset- the place to be for Dancing Stars last night, Cheryl was looking stunning in a mini black dress, with a very revealing back! The two were awfully close, which prompted media to speculate there could be romance budding between these two.
