Like if it's child's birthday party, fairytale can be the superb option and if it's 40^th birthday party then theme should be a welcome back idea which symbolizes the saying "life starts after 40" , In case you are celebrating your anniversary, what can be a better theme than Love. 
• Invitation card should be very attractive. Written invites are in fashion. Place a picture related to the host of the party. E.g.: if it's your anniversary party place both of your pictures that represent the sweet couple. Provide complete information in the card like timing and theme. If your guests are expected to bring their own booze, let them know in the invitation.
• If your party is being held in a non-smoking household try to make accommodations for smokers.
• Guest book is the great idea to store your memories. Don't be afraid to put out a guest book and invite your guests to sign-in as they arrive.

Nicollette Sheridan celebrated her 45 birthday with a great bid party and guess who was there?  David Spade. She celebrated her birthday at new L.A. hot spot Luau with Desperate Housewives costars Felicity Huffman, onscreen husband Neal McDonough and Kyle MacLachlan. David and Nicollette are said to have arrived separate but soon became inseperable! "They arrived separately and even started dinner at different booths," says an onlooker. It was a familiar scene: The duo were spotted a couple of weeks ago at the restaurant's opening, where they spent the night in deep conversation. This time, though, things got a little more intimate.

"They cuddled and kissed," says an onlooker. "They were full-on making out in a booth." She was said to be wearing a sequined gold frock, and drank lychee martinis throughout the night and had  a cake that read "Happy Birthday Princessa." While a source insists the two aren't dating, the onlooker said that "David winked at her and stood by her side while she blew out the candles on her cake." MMM I guess we have to wait to see what happens here.

You will be amazed to see Kim Kardashian in this hospital gown on her 28^th birthday. Kim is in a relation with Football player Reggie Bush who recently injured his left knee and she wanted to celebrate her birthday with Reggie at an Alabama medical center where he is recovering from a surgery in the hospital.

Kim writes on her blog "Hey Guys! Today is my birthday! I am 28 years old." On the post, she admits that Reggie actually has planned to throw her a birthday party in London, but they are forced to cancel it because "he injured his left knee" in recent game where his team the New Orleans Saints played against the Carolina Panthers. "He's pretty bummed that the special birthday he planned in London couldn't happen," she, on the other hand, remains positive: "As long as he is okay, I will have the best birthday ever!!!!" "When I saw him limp off the field," she says, "my heart dropped!" But, "He is recovering great and will be back on the field soon!" Hope Reggie recovers soon and both of them can have the best time of their life.

Hannah Montana' star Miley Cyrus celebrated her 16th birthday in Disneyland, Florida this Sunday six weeks early of her real birthday on Nov. 23. The party was done before hand, in order to fit into her busy touring and recording schedule. The multi talented star walked into the park on a purple carpet, that's Cyrus' favorite color, before enjoying festivities including 'Hannah Montana' themed activities. The theme park was closed for her celebrations, which included her singing four songs and a firework display above Sleeping Beauty's castle.

Maddox - the eldest son of Brad Pitt and Angelina turns 7. With two little twin sisters Vivienne and Knox getting lots of attention Maddox must have thought that his birthday will pass without any celebration, but that was not the case. Father and son hit the local go kart track for a day of racing in the South of France spending a guys' day out. Isn't it so cute?
