Guy Richie and Madonna will finally get divorced at the High Court in London on Friday.  The couple is ending up their eight years of marriage. The divorce got finalized as Madonna, 50, and Ritchie, 40, reached a settlement over money and their kids Lourdes, 12, Rocco, 8, and David, 3. London's Evening Standard reports that Madonna will keep the bulk of her estimated $500 million fortune intact, though Ritchie was entitled by law to a share of it. It was decided that Rocco and David will split time between the U.S. and London, while Lourdes, whose father is Carlos Leon, will live with her mother.

"[Madonna] walked away without any of his money, much to her credit," a friend told the U.K.'s Times. "He has done the same." "He could have hugely boosted his bank balance and set himself up for life, but he already feels he has enough money," another pal told the paper. "He also didn't want the whole thing dragging on in the public gaze for months and months and, in any case, his priority was the children's future." However a source close to the couple insists that's not true. "He's going to get a huge windfall, contrary to what's being reported," the source tells PEOPLE. After splitting last month, Madonna has been linked with baseball star Alex Rodriguez (but now he is also linked with Jessica Simpson) and Guy Richie was enjoying the freedom with his friends. Britney Spears faced a tough time since her breakdown. She says her life is even worse than a jail sentence. However she been brave throughout and trying to heal slowly. "I have really good days, and then I have bad days," the singer, 26, admits in a new fly-on-the wall, 90-minute documentary, Britney: For The Record, to air in the U.S. Nov. 30 on MTV and in the U.K. Dec. 1 on Sky1.  After her public meltdown earlier this year she is continuously struggling to regain her control on life, she says candidly: "Even when you go to jail, y'know, there's the time when you're gonna get out. But in this situation, it's never ending. It's just like [the Bill Murray movie] Groundhog Day." She adds, "I'm having to pay for it for a really long time."

As we all know Spears was hospitalized for mental treatment in January and taking an advantage her ex-husband, Kevin Federline got the sole custody of their sons, Preston and Jayden. That was a great loss for Spears. "If I wasn't under the restraints that I'm under right now, I'd feel so liberated," she says in the film, which follows the singer as she records and promotes her new album Circus. "When I tell them the way I feel, it's like they hear me, but they're really not listening."

Britney felt she was no more heard nor accepted by people as before. So she wanted to make this documentary. "I wanted to make this film because I started to feel like I wasn't being seen in the light that I wanted to be seen in," Spears said. "This is an opportunity to set the record straight and talk about what I've been through and where I'm headed." Overall, she says, "I think I've learned my lesson now, and enough is enough." Really she had gone through a miserable time and now she deserves happiness. Don't worry Britney, all will be well.

Another exciting season of famous TV show "Dancing with the Stars" comes to a close on Nov 25. And guess who will be on the show to rock the ballroom? Yes the Teen singing sensation Miley Cyrus. She will be performing her second single, "Fly on the Wall," from her #1 album, "Breakout," Cyrus rocks the "Dancing with the Stars" stage with her own dancers. The actress isn't the first in her family to appear on the reality competition: In 2007, father Billy Ray came in fifth place, way to go!

The teen star's performance will come just two days after her 16th birthday. Currently Cyrus is in production on the third season of her hit TV series "Hannah Montana," and stars in Walt Disney Pictures' animated feature "Bolt" with John Travolta. "Hannah Montana: The Movie," filmed in Cyrus' hometown of Nashville, is scheduled for release in April 2009. Casey Affleck and Jessica Alba teaming up with Michael Winterbottom for "The Killer Inside Me," a thriller based on Jim Thompson's classic noir novel. Affleck will play Lou Ford, a West Texas sheriff who seems to be an ordinary guy, if somewhat boring, dumb, and lazy. However, he's slowly revealed to be a disturbed man, paranoid and sociopath, with a penchant for murder. If you've seen Affleck's Oscar-nominated turn in "The Assassination of Jesse James By the Coward Robert Ford," you'll know how scary and unsettling he can be. Alba plays a prostitute, thus ensuring most red-blooded males buy a ticket.

This is one of those rare films that seems to have everything going for it. The novel was made into a 1976 film starring Stacy Keach. Oklahoma-based Indion Entertainment Group is financing, as is Barbarian Films and Oceania Media Finance. Wild Bunch is handling worldwide sales. Starting date is planned to be mid-January. Alba most recently appeared in "The Love Guru" and Affleck most recently starred in "Gone Baby Gone".

Angelina is looking forward to be a full time mother ana wants to fade away from movies. True, taking care of six children is a big job. "I don't plan to keep acting very long," she tells the BBC. "I'm ready to do a few things now and fade away and get ready to be a grandma one day."  She is starring in The Changeling, says she plans to "work for a few months" in February, then take a year off. "I won't work again probably for another year," she says. "So maybe it'll be once a year, then maybe it'll be once every three years." She adds: "I have a lot of children. I have a big responsibility to make sure that they're growing right and that they have got us there for them."

Angelina has no worries for financial liabilities as another wage earner Brad Pitt is there in the family. And no doubt he is a perfect husband and a caring father. "I'm not so worried that I want to keep this pace up and try to be something and be a celebrity and be a successful actress forever," she tells the BBC. "It's great, but everything comes in seasons. I hopefully I won't be needing to do that later in my life."  I think Angelina has taken a wise decision. When you plan a family its very much necessary to give proper care to the children. The most important thing what child wants is time and love of their parents. Angelina been a great actress all through and now it's been proved that she is a great mother too.

Britney was on the vacation with her family at her hometown of Kentwood in Louisiana. Unfortunately her son Jayden James falls sick and was admitted to the hospital. Now he has recovered completely and out of the hospital. The fun of the trip is reignited. Britney planned a visit to an alligator and turtle farm. Wow! Kids are going to love that. But is the exertion good for Jayden's health?

Her sister Jamie Lynn also accompanied her along with her new born daughter Maddie Briann.  Britney, her sister and all the kids seem to enjoyed the tour of the massive wildlife park. Britney was seen to be very protective towards Jayden all the time. Check out the pictures Britney is looking so happy and seems she is having a marvelous time with her family and friends, apparently goofing around and laughing throughout the afternoon. Just hope this trip ends up without any more complication with Jayden's health, or any else for that matter.

The "Hills" cast member Lauren Conrad was going to LA to run errands and grab lunch but, on her way home, she was quiet disappointed at JFK airport when her name was called over the intercom to go to the ticket counter and pick up her standby ticket. She was so worried that people would bother her, but alas! nobody even took notice of the reality star. Lauren was worried because she wants keep a bit of privacy, and in a recent interview, she said she's determined to keep her relationship with Kyle Howard under wraps and off of The Hills.

A spy said, "LC pitched a fit, and was almost driven to tears because she thought people would start talking to her and bothering her. But no one even cared." Oh! Lauren drama on the "Hills" is bearable but not a real life drama.

Spending a long time in rehab and then facing the world been very difficult and tough for Lindsay Lohan. But now she is trying to come out of all the circumstances and start a new life with happiness. Keep your spirits up Lindsay! "I'm a different person now," Lohan tells Harper's Bazaar for its December issue. "I'm happy." Life has never been so fair to Lindsay; starting from her treatment to Promises for DUI and possession of drugs, Lohan always been alone, "I was going to clubs all the time and it was not okay. I was so alone."

Reaching to the height of her full happiness been very tough for her. But now she has decided to move ahead leaving her past behind. "I did it to myself and I have to deal with the consequences. I'm thankful for what I can take out of it. Now I feel clear," she says. Lohan also confesses lots about her feelings and relation with Samantha Ronson. She admits that Samantha is very important to her and helping her stay grounded. "She's a wonderful person and I love her very much," said Lohan.

Neither Lohan nor Samantha discussed their nature of relationship in public however Lohan said she is not a lesbian when asked. When asked by Harper's Bazaar if she is bisexual, Lohan responded: "Maybe. Yeah. I feel like it jinxes it," she said, explaining why she is not talking about her love life. "It's hard. The second I start talking about whomever I'm seeing, a month or two later it's failed." When asked about her wedding plans Lohan said "Eventually," But whether that will be with a man or a woman, "I don't know." Hahahaha, poor Sam!
