We all know
how crazy Rihanna is about tattoos; still we can't forget her last tattoo of
gun on her ribs. But this time she adopted the role of tattoo star when she
picked a tattoo needle. On Monday, at a parlor in East Side Ink tattoo parlor
NYC and tattooed three of the artists with an umbrella and the letter R. It
really sounds interesting but alas! It's incredibly illegal.
The NYC
Health Department told TMZ: "Only
licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the
City's Health Code. We are
sending someone down to follow up on this." Since Rihanna didn't
have a license, NYC Law Department say Rihanna could
be slapped with three wrong doing for the crime, each with its own immense
punishment as much as $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second and
$1,000 for the third. In case NYC
Law Dept. decides to start an investigation, the tattoo shop may have to face
