I wish I can hear some good news about Lindsay, but alas!

Lindsay Lohan might be going to jail after all -- she was kicked out of her court-required community service program. "Two weeks ago, she was terminated from the Women's Center because of the violations. The Probation Department's volunteer center has now assigned her to a new community service program at the Red Cross," the website reported Thursday afternoon. Things aren't looking too good for her, either -- the number of hours she's served is "very unimpressive," according to a TMZ source.

Lindsay Lohan is telling friends ... she was unfairly booted from the Downtown Women's Center ... insisting the staff was REALLY mean to her from the second she arrived.

Lindsay now says she loves her community service assignment at the American Red Cross ... saying her relationship with the staff is good. Lindsay is due back in court next week -- and a judge will decide if she's really telling the truth.
