Leonardo DiCaprio loses his grandmother

Famous Titanic hero Leonardo DiCaprio is grieving the death of his beloved maternal grandmother, Helene Indenbirken, as mentioned by PEOPLE. ?Leonardo was very close to his grandmother. He often took Indenbirken with him to his premieres and on to his movie sets, once told Vanity Fair, "She is literally gangsta, and I mean that with an 'a.' She will tell people exactly what she thinks to their face and look them in the eye."

Helene Indenbirken was not doing well since the starting of this year. Leonardo's beloved grandma was 93, who was admitted in the hospital in her native North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Last week DiCaprio and his mother visited Indenbirken in the hospital, her health was declining with time.

Finally she took her last breath, the reason of death and exact date is still not reported. But l guess, right now the family is not worried about this as they are grieving. Leonardo and family will always miss her warm shadow. May God bless her soul and she rest in peace.
