Britney Spears has one less friend!

There was a time when Britney and Sam Lutfi were very nice pal and now the friendship is permanently over. Britney's mother accused him of demanding money from the Britney and drugging her! Samuel D. Ingham III attorney told the press that restraining order won't be extended now in court because Britney doesn't want to see Sam anymore and she has broken all kind of ties with him.

Britney is quoted as saying to PEOPLE that "she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by 'Sam' Lutfi, now or at anytime in the future." Ingham. "If Mr. Lutfi makes any future attempt to contact Britney after the temporary conservatorship has concluded, Britney has made clear she will take all appropriate legal action."Lutfi has agreed the spear's family wishes and decided not to see Britney. Speaking for himself, the former coattail rider Sam said, "Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Spears have mutually agreed in private that no hearing or order is necessary at this time.''

Now is it just me, or is there something new about Britney every week she is one busy woman!
